Who carries out work on my property?

One contractual partner is responsible for all work on the property — Adriatic FM Services. The way contractors are engaged (own employees, cooperators, subcontractors) is defined by the contract for each property.

How quickly do you respond?

We usually reply within one working day.

Do you work outside Dalmatia?

The focus is Split-Dalmatia County; other areas by agreement.
